Carrot face mask for firm skin


Carrots contain beta-carotene. This active ingredient is not only important for our eyesight. It also tightens the skin and gives it a healthy glow!

This is what you need to make your own carrot face mask:

1 carrot

1 Orange

1 tablespoon bee honey

How to prepare the carrot face mask:

Peel the carrot. Wash it preferably with apple cider vinegar to remove germs. Cut the carrot and place in the blender.

Now squeeze the orange and add the juice to the carrot. Add the honey. Mix everything well.

Apply the mask to the previously cleansed face, neck and décolleté area. The mask can remain on the skin for up to 30 minutes so that the vitamins and nutrients are absorbed into your skin. Then rinse off with clean water. You can use this mask three times a week.
