Anti-ageing foods don't just include dark berries, as in last week's recipe. You can also start the day hearty. For example, with an egg-salmon scramble.
Eggs contain essential amino acids that our body cannot produce itself. They are also suppliers of vitamins A, B, D, E and K. Minerals such as calcium, iron and zinc are also components of this food.
Salmon is known for its valuable unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids. Those who consume a lot of salmon, tuna, walnuts or flaxseed have a more flexible cell membrane, which in turn ensures healthy cell function.
This is what you need for 2 people:
70 ml milk
3 eggs
100 g sliced smoked salmon
1 TSP OIL
10 g soft butter
2 slices rye bread
Parsley
A pinch of salt, pepper, nutmeg
How to prepare the anti-ageing breakfast:
Spread the bread with butter. Wash some of the parsley and put aside for now. Finely chop the other.
Whisk the milk together with the eggs, season. Then stir in the chopped parsley. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and pour in the egg and milk mixture. Fry lightly over a medium heat. Serve the finished scrambled eggs and salmon on the bread slices, sprinkle with the remaining parsley.
Enjoy your meal!
